*14 *The ice machine splash guard showed a build up of debris. Discard the ice to clean and sanitize this unit. Ensure this unit is cleaned on an interval that prevents accumulation of debris.  Repeat Violation. To be Corrected By: 10/28/2022
36 Replace or repair the weather stripping on the loading door to prevent the entry of pests.  Repeat Violation.
42 Glasses were being stack on the floor in the warewashing area. Ensure all clean wares are stored at least 6 inches off the ground to prevent possible contamination and rewash these glasses prior to use.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 10/28/2022
45 One of the storage shelves and a rolling chest freezer had been constructed with exposed wood. Replace or seal this wood to ensure all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 11/30/2022
   
General Remarks
This inspection was conducted when this kitchen was not in operation. No food was being prepared or stored on site.




Notes:
Ensure the soap at the handwashing sinks are refilled prior to the events this weekend.

The walk-in cooler door latch is broken. A work order has already been placed to have this door repaired. Monitor employees to ensure the walk-in cooler door is closed between uses and temperatures are being properly maintained. Send confirmation the latch has been repaired to the Department at mencinias@buckscounty.org.

Obtain a lidded trash can for the employee restroom.
